FEDERAL PRIORITIES
- Medicare Coverage of and Payment for Breakthrough Technologies
- Heart Valve Disease Awareness – educate policymakers of the dangers and underdiagnosis of HVD on patients
STATE PRIORITIES
- Data Privacy – protecting patient and employee data
- Tax Policy – supporting tax incentives that increase investment in R&D and the future of medical technology innovation
- Heart Valve Disease Awareness – supporting increased awareness of heart valve disease and understanding of symptoms and diagnosis in order to give patients the tools they need to receive the treatment best suited for them
- Economic Development – supporting initiatives to accelerate economic growth to increase innovation, expand access and advance technologies
- Education – supporting increased investment in technical training in schools to create the future workforce of the medical technology ecosystem
